I just wanted to say thank you for the paella pan and the great service in general, fast delivery and friendly correspondence. The pan was for my dad, who's searched in shops for years to find one, but to no avail. He used it for the first time tonight and the whole family agreed that in using it he produced his best paella yet. See photo below.

BEFORE AND AFTER
Just a quick note to say thank you very much for the very good service and delivery of the paella pan, the very special rice, the paprika and the saffron.
It all came the next day and I was able to cook a very nice and very tasty paella for my guests.
The recipe cards have been very helpful also.
I hope that these two photographs (before and after )give you an idea how well our lunch went !!!
