Polished Iron Pans - ideal for Catering
We stock a selection of larger paella pans for outdoor catering over a gas-ring. The polished pan is the authentic way to cook. Although requiring slightly more maintenance than the enamelled pans, our pans will last for many years. The 72cm and 92cm pans are made from heavy gauge steel.
Each pan quotes a number of servings e.g. 6/10 servings, which means 6 main course servings or 10 small portions (tapas)
