The Authentic Paella pans are made of Polished Steel. The 42cm will serve 6-10 people.  It includes the Polished Steel paella pan, 1kg valencian paella rice "Torca", spices ("pimenton rojo" and "seasoning with saffron"),  paella spoon and a splash proof recipe card.
