The Authentic Paella pans are made of Polished Steel . The 34cm will serve 3-5 people.  It includes the Polished Iron  paella pan, 1kg valencian paella rice "Torca", spices ("pimenton rojo" and "seasoning with saffron") and a splash proof recipe card.
