This is a range of Paella Pans with a flat extra thick base specially designed for electric, induction hobs, and AGA , as well as gas and open fire.
Unlike the traditional paella that has a slight curved base, this new range with the flat base and extra thickness will allow a closer contact with the hob.
This paella pans are made with polished steel and will need the normal care after use, cleaned, dry and a thin coating of oil.
